"Capelli di Caténe" évoque les choses lourdes, belles mais encombrantes dont on voudrait se débarrasser. Ce nouvel LP entremêle l'animosité d'un morceau, avec la mélancolie ou les menaces d'un autre titre. Un accrochage qui fait tendrement mal.

L'atmosphère de l'album a des relents de Sabbat, de cœur arraché violemment et offert avec générosité sur l'autel de la galère, qui rappelle à chaque personne que la fatalité a une mélodie. Obsédante et familière, comme la musique de Cristina.

Trois ans ce sont écoulés depuis “Scirocco“, entre deux, Maria Violenza a fait un split avec Usé, un autre avec Noir Boy George, ainsi que plusieurs projets autant variés que ses influences.

"Capelli di Caténe" evokes the heavy, beautiful but cumbersome things that one would like to get rid of. Like its title, this new LP intertwines the animosity of one track with the melancholy or threats of another. It's a clash that tenderly hurts .

The album's atmosphere has a whiff of the Sabbath, of a heart violently torn out and generously offered on the altar of misery, reminding everyone that fate has a melody. Haunting and familiar, like Cristina's music.

Three years have passed since "Scirocco", in between Maria Violenza has done a split with Usé, another with Noir Boy George, and several projects as varied as her influences.
